Ohio requires that shipping charges be taxed.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any Eezox^® product purchased from Warren Custom Outdoor, we will refund your entire purchase price (minus S & H) upon return of the unused portion.

Returns
Non-consumable products may be returned for purchase price minus shipping and handling. Items must be returned with original packaging, unused, in new condition.

Privacy
We do not sell or give away any of your personal information to anyone.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

In addition to credit cards, we also accept personal checks, money orders, and bank drafts. Personal check orders may be held until the check clears the bank. Most times we will ship the same or next day with the other payment methods. If you have any questions at all, feel free to email or phone us. We always answer the phone until at least 8pm Eastern time if we are here. The email is checked regularly.
